Mechanical insertion is a crucial phase in the electric motor winding process, where copper wire is precisely placed into the stator or rotor slots.
Production is carried out according to customer specifications, using the most modern automatic and transfer insertion technologies.
Depending on customer needs, we either purchase copper wire directly or process it as supplied material.
Main stages of mechanical insertion:
- Coil preparation – Forming and pre-arranging coils for easier insertion
- Slot insulation check – Ensuring correct positioning of the insulating layer to prevent damage
- Mechanical insertion – Precise coil insertion into slots using automatic or semi-automatic machines
- Alignment and fixing – Final positioning and securing of coils if necessary
- Quality control – Post-insertion verification to ensure stable, damage-free windings
